In the spring of 2025, new work environment representatives will be elected for AAU’s work environment organization. Here, you can find the process plan with the key dates for this election.

In the spring of 2025, new work environment representatives will be elected for AAU’s work environment organization. Here, you can find the process plan with the key dates for this election.

Process plan

    The election process is presented to HAMiU

    This occurred at the HAMiU meeting on December 5, 2024.

  2. 2

    Distribution of Information to Institute and Department Leaders (Level 3)

    The Work Environment Section (AMS) sent an email on February 11, 2025. This will be followed up with an Update article and a Newsletter from AMS.

    The election will be held in weeks 10, 11, and 12

    That is, from March 3, 2025, to March 21, 2025.

    Registration to AMS in week 13

    Institutes and departments must report their new local work environment organization to AMS by March 28, 2025, at the latest.

  5. 5

    The term of office takes effect

    This will take effect on April 1, 2025. The term of office will end no later than March 31, 2028.

    Elections to joint bodies - HAMiU and FSA

    This will be carried out as soon as possible after April 1, 2025.

    Mandatory Work Environment Training

    The dates for the training courses at AAU will be provided once the courses are scheduled.
